Hi! It’s me here. Term 3 passed and we are now in Term 4. On Tuesday (this week) we started Halloween art. We portray a scene of a haunted house in a dark forest on a moonlit night. First we draw the outline of a tree on a special kind of card then we draw the house. After that we draw in the details like; spiders, webs, pumpkin, a cat, gravestones, owls, and bats. After that we colour those in by whiteboard markers
Then, we got our pastels and colour in. We didn’t colour in a whole card of a colour as you might think, but, however, we divide the page and colour each part of it a different colour. Then we blend the colours together. Now, as you might think, some of the pastel has gotten into the whiteboard colour-ins. So to fix that, we use black pastels to colour over the gotten-ins pastels. After that, we’re finished !
